Harvested in Japan's sun drenched Yame Region, this Sencha delivers vivid green leaves that brew into a vibrant, slightly astringent cup. Elegantly balanced, it combines fresh grassy notes with mild umami and a light floral sweetness - an inviting taste of southern Japanese terroir in every sip.

Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 75-85C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.green tea
