Certified matcha from renowned Nishio-shi, Aichi Prefecture. Rich, full bodied, and beautifully balanced with deep umami, mellow sweetness, and gentle astringency. This premium matcha creates a vibrant green cup with soft crema, perfect for traditional whisking or indulgent matcha lattes.
