A vibrant, everyday matcha crafted from first-harvest leaves in Zhejiang Province. Rich umami with mellow sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish create a robust, well-rounded cup with vibrant green colour.

Use 1 tsp per cup. Pour a few drops of freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the powder to turn the tea into a paste, add the remaining water and drink immediately. green tea
