Relaxing egyptian chamomile and lavender are an ideal blend in the evening before bed. Beautifully aromatic!

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1-2 tsp per cup or 1-2 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and infuse for 7-10 minutes. chamomile blossoms, lavender blossoms
