An exceptional black tea from high-altitude Yunnan gardens. Hand-rolled spiral leaves unfurl beautifully, delivering robust malty flavour with honeyed sweetness and subtle spice notes. Brews into a golden-amber cup with smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Excellent both black or with milk.

Use 1-2 tsp per teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves. Quickly pour off the water and let the leaves breathe for a moment or two. Refill again with boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Can be infused a number of times.black tea
