A smooth, low caffeine green tea made from the stems and stalks of high grade sencha, with a touch of leaf in this example. Kukicha offers a nutty-sweet aroma, creamy mouthfeel, and a gentle, mellow flavour with soft grassy notes. Light, comforting, and soothing - this is a tea to relax into any time of day.

Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-2 minutes.green tea
