For lovers of strong black tea. Gumboot tea is great to enjoy any time of day. Milk and sugar can be used to balance the full bodied assam flavour and aroma.

Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes. Add milk or sweetener as desired.black tea
