Peachy Plus Fruit Loaf
Made with Peachy Plus Fruit Tisane
Sun-ripened peach and tropical fruit flavours from our Peachy Plus Tisane make this simple loaf something special. Gloriously easy to make and even better the next day.
Makes: One medium loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Peachy Plus Fruit Tisane
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method
- Combine water, Peachy Plus Tisane and brown sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter. Allow to cool until nearly cold.
- Stir in the flour and baking soda until just combined.
- Pour into a greased medium loaf tin. Bake at 180°C for 1 to 1½ hours, until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin before turning out. Serve sliced with butter.
