Choco Chilli Fudge
Made with Choco Chilli Tisane
Dark, rich fudge with a slow-building chilli heat, our Choco Chilli Tisane adds real depth and intrigue. A bold little bite that tea and chocolate lovers alike won't forget.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 25g butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- ⅛ tsp vanilla essence
- ¼–½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp Choco Chilli Tisane
Method
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla essence in a saucepan. Gently bring to a light boil, stirring occasionally.
- After approximately 20 minutes, test the fudge by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If it forms a soft ball, it is ready.
- Remove from heat. Add vanilla essence and beat until thick and creamy.
- Pour into a small greased slice pan and leave to set completely.
- Once set, cut into pieces with a hot knife and enjoy.
